We found out that the head of the De Moines, Iowa public schools has an existing deportation order, is somehow running the school system in De Moine as an illegal immigrant.
We have a problem in this country interactions with people they’re not having I mean she was not having a violent interaction with him. You know what I’m saying? Like so I mean the amount of of physical if that’s like if this is the kind of thing that’s happening we see a woman getting assaulted and the response is well it’s going to happen sometimes. Um it’s heartbreaking that this is where we are um in the country right now.
You noted some laws being broken.
That’s true all the time. Folks are jaywalking New York City. They’re breaking laws. The question for law enforcement is that how do you prioritize those people that are most dangerous that most impact our quality? Hello everybody.

Let’s get into the segment and we’ll talk about it.
Several violent incidents involving ICE are escalation escalating tensions after the deadly sniper attack. The first involving an agent who shoved a mother at an immigration courthouse and he’s now be been relieved of his current duties. Watch this video clip that went viral. Just grab her.
Grab her. Pull her away. Pull her away. [Music] This Oh my god. [Music] The woman and her family are here lawfully and have open asylum claims according to a New York congressman.
But they were targeted by ICE regardless. The woman was rushed to the hospital for a possible head trauma. And then there was another incident caught on video in Iowa involving the detention of a grocery store worker. CNN has reached out to ICE for comment. Uh Chuck, uh this is with cameras rolling.
I think it’s important that the part that you left out or we left out was saying that they were showing up at a courthouse to check in. They were going through the lawful process of going through the asylum. And then the wife, the woman that was throw down today said it was very touching for me. It’s like this is why I left Ecuador is I didn’t want to be beat up by the police or the gang members there seeking freedom in our country like we have said that we are supposed to be that country every day.
Let me also say this because this has been sitting and y’all know that this is a very personal matter for me and my team.
My best friend Denise is TPS from El Salvador and she has been here. She is undocumented. TPS, temporary protective service. She’s been here since she was four. So, she didn’t come here.
She was brought here by her family and her family now are US citizens. I asked her this week in DC about social security cuz I was making sure of something.
I said, “You’re paying social security, right?” Cuz she was saying she’s being told to self-deport when TPS expires. And I she said, “Yeah.
” She goes, “Matter of fact, I make so much money I max out my social security.” And I was like, “Well, will you ever get social security?” And she said, “No, I just pay into social security.” So folks out there that are damned immigrants and all the things. This was a girl that came in when she was four years old who’s being told she should self- deepport who’s never don’t even speak this language of the country she came from.
Yeah. Scott, I think when you’re having thousands or hundreds of thousands of encounters uh the way these federal law enforcement officers are, there are things that are going to happen. It’s regrettable. I don’t like these videos. And I think you said that the person had been suspended, which seems warranted.
Uh but I think we have to internalize something here and that is we have 10 over 10 million maybe 20 million illegal immigrants in the country. The federal law enforcement agents who are um dedicated to enforcing federal law are going to run into situations that probably are going to get out of hand. It is going to happen from time to time.
You want it to be minimal. Uh but it is likely going to happen.
That in no way, shape or form should negate the execution and the prosecution of federal laws. We have existing federal immigration laws until the Congress changes them. If they ever do, they need to be uh executed by our federal law enforcement. And the federal law enforcement do not deserve to have violence meed out upon them because they’re simply showing up and doing their jobs. We we we didn’t see that though.
Hey, Hispanic Trump supporters still think you’re part of the team? Oh, did you think MAGA was going to treat you better than black people? They They tried to tell you, dumb asses.
They tried to tell you. And listen, Republicans see us Hispanics as dirt, subhuman, violent, barbaric beings that need to be contained.
We tried to tell you no matter the stats the im that immigrants commit crimes at a lower rate than American citizens. They will always I promise you believe we are less than because it’s not about the country you came from or the language you speak but the skin color you have you dumb asses. I’m sorry but this whole immigration issue this is what it’s all about for conservatives and Republicans. It’s a pure race issue for them. These people are brain deaded bigots.
They are not mentally well in the head. They’re not looking for Europeans. Just we’ll get into that in a second. And I just um just my moral code is just broken to hear we see a woman getting assaulted and the responses, well, it’s going to happen sometimes.
Um it’s heartbreaking that this is where we are um in the country right now.
Uh, immigrants with no criminal record um are the largest group in US immigration um detention. And where does that come from? Data from the United States government. Uh this was supposed to be getting rid of criminals. Um that’s not what’s happening.
It is all been a farce um and a lie. And when I think about um mass men coming to snatch people off the street, I just don’t think it’s a political debate. I think it’s a question of our humanity. Um, Scott, you and I, there’s no love loss here. We don’t agree on a lot of things.
If mass men came and dragged you off here right now, I would defend your humanity and say that is not okay. You cannot snatch this person without due process. If we are not afforded just the basic rights of our human being, our human person, and we can look at something like that in a heartless way and shrug our shoulders and say, “Well, that’s what happens.” and then flip the narrative to it’s law enforcement who is armed who we are suggesting they are the people at danger and they are the people who are being set upon with violence.
It’s a lie.

I’m kidding. I’m kidding. Obviously kind of. As much as conservatives and I have to say this, as much as conservatives and Republicans would like to think that we black or brown people are the barbaric ones, we really aren’t.
In fact, just take a look and get back to me about the barbarism.
What we are in fact are survivors, unrelenting fighters who will fight to the bitter end to survive. And there’s literally nothing you can do to stop us. In fact, look again on the history on that one. obviously is that there has been violence directed at ICE there. No question about that.
I also there are legitimate concerns about the safety of ICE officers, but there are tactical decisions being made right now uh by DHS that have increased dramatically these types of interactions between federal law enforcement and just regular civilians. And targeting is a big part of it. There’s often a claim that a lot of things are being targeted and sometimes they are, but a lot of times sometimes they’re just going in areas where there are immigrants and picking people up and and it’s happening in the public for regular people to see.
The the the idea that comes to mind here is discretion. I think anytime you are in law enforcement, you’re constantly exercising discretion, which means setting priorities about individuals and laws you want to enforce.

And I think what we saw in prior administrations when I was in a USA and we focused on these crimes.
We were thinking about people who are engaged in violence, people who were truly undercutting the quality of life for our fellow citizens. We were not thinking about people who were not committing crimes, people disrupting families, going to places where people are exercising their rights by seeking due process in courts. And I think that what I would call an abuse of discretion is where from the legal perspective I feel uh most um a lack of ease. When when this thing started and he’s right, over 70% of the people detained never committed a crime.
This is so insane. We’re spending $200 billion on this for people that are paying into taxes and social security that they’re not even going to get back any benefit from. Like this is so idiotic. Doing jobs that Americans don’t want to do do. It’s it’s just stupid.
Their bigotry just gets in the way of everything.
When the Donald Trump first came into office. I think that when he went after criminals, hardened criminals that were immigrants, there were outstanding warrants and they went and found those folks and I think they deported them. And I think the pressure of after they got past that list, they’re like, “Well, who else is out here?” And they had this mandate by the executive branch to hit certain numbers because they are wanting to stop and I want the border to be safe and all the things.
But we have to figure out whether it’s discretion or what it is of folks 10 million 20 million who ain’t doing nothing wrong who may have come here illegally seeking a better life. We had should have a middle ground and it’s Congress’s place to fix that.
I know that is the truth beyond all but there’s a lot of innocent people that really want to do good things in America who are getting sucked up into this and it ain’t right. Let let me offer just a a counterargument and that is this. We looked the other way for years on federal immigration laws.
We didn’t really do that much about it. And what you’re all are suggesting is a policy choice which is to maybe enforce some but not all. I think I would suggest that when you start to open that door, well maybe if you come here it might work out for you. That’s when the border is no longer secure again because that’s when people start showing up again. Richest nation in the world. Like this is so stupid. It’s this guy’s just a racist piece of [ __ ]. Just doesn’t want to say it’s all about race. If these people were coming from Ireland, we wouldn’t be hearing any of this.
Like this is so insane. It’s a crisis. Where’s the crisis? They commit crimes at a lower rate than Americans. They’re bringing the crime rate down.
They’re putting money into the country. Like, what the f are you talking about? your point. Reuters just had a poll out two days ago that pled Americans on which party has a better plan for immigration. This was in the field five days ago.
So, this is uh being pled in real time as these controversies and this these outraged talking heads are are ranting and raving over Trump policy. It turns out that Republicans are viewed by the Reuters poll takers 20 points higher than Democrats. So despite all the doubt, despite all the the hulloo, right, it just still is that Republicans are doing a better job according to the American public and the last administration that you pointed out have failed on it, right? They lost in 2020 four and they’re still losing on the issue today.
You know, I I mean I think that that’s one way of looking at that particular poll number.
I mean, I don’t think anybody is saying that voters are flocking to Democrats on a whole host of issues. the Democratic party is deeply unpopular. But it is also as a Democrat, you’re exactly right. It is also true though that um immigration is now among the issues that Donald Trump is underwater on. It used to be the thing that he was most one of the things that he was most trusted on.
It used to be the thing that he campaigned on and that he probably won on, frankly. And now more voters say they disapprove of his handling of this issue than approve of it. So that is also true.
Republicans 20 points. Yeah.
But I I know but but you see the difference between the two things, right? Just because they don’t like Democrats on an issue doesn’t mean that they do actually like what Trump is doing on immigration. Pick between the two parties. And in 26 28 they’ll be choosing between the two parties. Yeah.
But I’m talking about Donald Trump and his actions as president. And I do think that when we ask voters about that specific issue, more of them, it’s about 55% of the country say they disapprove. His approval rating with Hispanic voters has just collapsed completely. And this there’s not a na that’s a hopefully Hispanics for Trump’s are starting to see. And I want to talk about this real quick.
this whole pole issue. It’s because Dems are so damn afraid of their own shadow that they don’t make the arguments for immigration and they act like nothing is happening.
They’re so damn weak sometimes. They’re so afraid to push back. Guys, let me know what you think in the comments.
But let me tell you what I believe. I I touched on it earlier what I believe all this this is about. It doesn’t matter the economic benefit immigrants bring to this country. They know we need them. This isn’t about immigration.
if they were majority Irish, Italian, Pol, whatever, they would not care. Just like when those um white South Africaners that came here a few months ago, not a peep from those [ __ ] were making the arguments of why we should help them out because of a fake genocide.
Scott Jennings was making the argument that we should be saving these people. Unbelievable. I wonder why that is.
Like this is about and what no one’s gonna say on this damn table. This is about fra Well well you know a couple I’m not gonna say because you know CNN will never have them on again. But this is about fragile white people also known as Republicans, conservatives that are scared of the world that’s changing around them. They are afraid that they will become a minority in a country they perceive is theirs when we all know it is it isn’t. They are afraid in my belief that they will be treated the way that they’ve treated people, black and brown people.
They know they wouldn’t have gotten to where they are if it wasn’t stepping on the backs of other groups of people. Six times the wealth or what is it? Eight times the wealth than the average black family.
How do you think that happens? And I just need to say this.
This effing country doesn’t belong to you. As far as I’m concerned, this country belongs to the natives of this land and black people who were forced onto this land and forced to build a nation and fought your damn wars and made it possible so that all of us could be here through the Civil Rights Act. Literal blood, sweat, and tears and lives lost. Through that act came um the immigration and nationality act. Everyone else is essentially an immigrant or came from one.
So cut the [ __ ]. All these damn people are grandparents or whoever from Ireland, Scotland, like all these none of you [ __ ] are from here. Shut up. National poll. The I’m not saying the poll’s not right.
But this midterm election will be held in a handful of congressional seats and a few Senate races.
And in the 35 marginal congressional seats, there are 15 of those, this is where I live every day, that have 35% or more Latinos. And we’ve seen in focus groups and studies that we’ve done there two things that are alarming to me and one thing that’s very alarming should be to the world is that they are really disgusted with what they’re seeing from Donald Trump. But we Democrats haven’t got their support yet. But they have left the Republican party because of two things.
One process hadn’t went down and they feel an anxiety and these are marginal Latino voters.
I’m being very specific about very specific congressional seats. But it’s this anxiety in the community is what’s really the undertoe. I I’m actually I think a lot of people in a way were surprised that they suspended this officer in that first video with the woman. I think it’s because it maybe it offended a lot of people’s conscious consciences, but I’ve also seen um a lot of conservatives tonight saying he needs to be reinstated immediately that um they they believe that DHS has given in to uh attacks against ICE officers.
And I I also should note that that the the language that they use is he’s being relieved of his current duties as we conduct a full investigation. He hasn’t been fired for that conduct. So, I mean, what what do you think is ultimately going to happen? I think it’s even sad that this conversation alone shifted into politics. Um the fact that people are cheering for this guy who we saw on camera assault a woman, a mother who was here legally who wasn’t doing anything wrong and we’re talking about polls, poll numbers, we’re talking about how people feel about Democrats or Republicans and not just the sheer humanity of these people.
Um I think it it draws a very clear contrast um of the people who are saying this is okay and that we he is our champion and yes reinstate this and let’s normalize this behavior. It’s a slippery slope and because look I come from a community who has been on the receiving end of people who have been targeted charged abused beaten and murdered by author authority figures particularly in law enforcement. So, it frightens me that we can look at this and conflate it with poll numbers and politics and act like people cheering him on is just a part of our American um fabric. It is, but I had hoped I had better hope. He does deserve.
Tiffany, why do you think that is? Why do you think they cheer him on? Because he’s going after people that look a certain way.
That’s why. Let’s just be real.
Whenever there’s a white victim about anything, Republicans get go um surround them and shield them and defend them. Black and brown people, we we all know what this is about. Like Republican parties, the overwhelming majority of them are just effing bigots. These people are vile, cruel. There’s no humanity with them.
These people are brain dead bigots. An investigation because he’s a federal employee and making a knee-jerk reaction. I’m reminded of during the Biden administration when the whole hoax came up about the guys on the horses at the border and they were accused of whipping people coming across the border. That turned out to be completely false. But in that moment, the knee-jerk reaction from the White House was from the president himself.
This these people will be held accountable when it turns out you saw there. I mean, is that does he deserve but do you think that I mean based on what you saw in that video and I I’ve seen the whole thing.
I’m sure you have because it’s everywhere. Do you think that that is the kind of behavior that we should expect? from law enforcement in a situation like that.
I think you definitely want to minimize any situation where law enforcement officers are put in in this position where they’re having violent interactions with people they’re not having I mean she was not having a violent interaction with him. You know what I’m saying? Like so I mean the amount of of physical if that’s like if this is the kind of thing that’s happening when there are cameras rolling does it concern you at all? Yes. Of course, it’s concerning, but as I said at the beginning, I think when you’re having hundreds of thousands of interactions with the public, things are going to happen and then their supervisors should take action and people can be suspended.
Investigations can occur. It sounds to me like they’re actually following the proper personnel process here to take action on a situation that may not should have occurred.
All right, Tammy Dio and Ganga William. You can’t talk to these people, Republicans, conservatives, through humanity, through some type of um empathy view. These people don’t respond to that.
They don’t care. These people were are propagandized to to feel cruelty towards Hispanics, towards immigrants. You hear how they talk about them? Like, I don’t want to get into all of that. And what Laura Loomer said, these people are just these people deplorables.
Independents are not gonna like what they saw. Independents are not gonna like what they saw there. Guys, let me give you my endgame rant here. We have 8 million open effing jobs in this country. 400,000 manufacturing jobs that just can’t be filled.
Americans don’t want these damn jobs. Rightfully so. Nor can we pay $30, $40 an hour to pick up damn strawberries. That that would just kill the agricultural industry. Like Trump said, illegal immigrant jobs are black jobs.
Very good. What a kind thing to say about black people. Then he found out real quick that they would not be doing those damn jobs and that he had a better chance convincing his magorons to get out on those damn fields.
Like I said, this isn’t about immigration, but purely built on racism. This is the makings of um fascist powder.
What’s his name? Steven Miller. Like I just don’t see what’s the point in doing all of this if it isn’t about that. Spending $200 billion dollars for four years to the poor people that we just simply need. It’s just so stupid and it’s going to hurt us in the short and the long term.
People are not having as many kids as they once did. Rightfully so. People are broke. The rich keep robbing everyone. Like they’re screwing us on both ends.
They’re not making it so that people would have more kids and so maybe we wouldn’t need as many imig as much immigr immigration. But then they’re also going to cut off all immigration coming into this country. It’s just so stupid. The economy will just shrink. We will have less people working, less people paying into the economy, less people buying products from a business.
Everyone is going to have less. Like this is so stupid.
This is why bigotry is so dangerous other than the obvious reasons. It just bleeds into everything. It’s a plague.
