Best tech purchasing decision I’ve made for some time.
I no longer need local computing power. I’m not a gamer, any document processing or spreadsheets I do are completed with Google Drive products. I only browse the web, read emails, and spend some time on social networks. This device provides all the power I need.Set-up is easy if you have a Google (Gmail account). Just log-in to that account and you are ready to go. And 10 years of software and security updates are provided. I’m set for a long time.

Unusable
These Chromebooks are trash. I bought this with the express purpose of using this with my children for games and certain apps.Within 5 days, Google disabled my daughters account with no explanation and then locked me out of the Chromebook because they couldn’t verify my password. Prompting a factory reset. Since then, nonstop issues. Also, impossible to return. I highly recommend you spend money on a laptop with a Windows or Apple OS. Much better account management and standard features. Google just doesn’t know what it’s doing when it comes to the family.

Expectations met, great value
So far, a great value for the money, it’s easy to use if your already using Google products, it’s not too heavy and looks classy. The Chromebook os is such a positive contrast to our old Windows 10 laptop, and with touchscreen and mouse, it’s easier to control than an ipad.

Best Chromebook I’ve ever owned!
The title says it all. And I’ve owned a lot of Chromebooks in my time. But the included extra memory card wouldn’t fit (at all) into the slot where it was supposed to go. Of course, I didn’t need the extra memory, but for someone who does, the card is worthless.

Ok chromebook
Easy setup, sometimes it freezes up and takes awhile to restart.

Nice laptop.
I thought I needed a new one. But it turned out all I needed was one of the kid’s.
