Love it!!!
I used to wear the EA Greent Tea decades ago, and I really liked it. This ones a blind buy and it didn’t dissappoint. I love it!

Light, Fresh, and Perfect for Spring
I’m really picky about perfumes. I get headaches really easily, and strong or heavy scents are one of the main triggers for me. Because of that, I usually stay away from anything too bold or really perfumey. I’m also not typically someone who goes for fresh, clean, botanical type fragrances. But when I read about Elizabeth Arden’s Green Tea Strawberry Basil and saw that it was described as light and refreshing, it sounded like something I could handle. I’m so glad I took a chance on it.Right out of the bottle, it smells exactly like what the name suggests. It’s a light, fresh botanical herbal scent with soft fruity hints from the strawberry. The strawberry isn’t syrupy or artificial, and the green tea has that clean, airy smell. You can definitely smell it, but it’s not overpowering or loud. It smells fresh and uplifting, not too heavy or sweet. It really does remind me of those crisp and slightly sweet spring mornings. Longevity is what I would expect from an eau de toilette. This one lasts a few hours, especially on clothing, and then It fades into a light scent that you can still smell up close. It’s not extremely long lasting, but that’s typical for lighter fragrances like this. The packaging is super cute too. It comes in a glass bottle with a plastic lid, and it looks clean and simple. My only small issue is that sometimes the sprayer leaks slightly after using it. It doesn’t happen every time and it’s not a huge mess, but it is a little annoying. After looking at the ingredient list, it’s very typical for an eau de toilette. The formula is primarily made up of alcohol denat., water, and fragrance (parfum), which is standard for most spray perfumes. The alcohol helps disperse the scent and allows it to evaporate properly on the skin, creating that light, airy projection you expect from a fragrance like this. The longer list of ingredients includes common fragrance components and naturally occurring scent compounds such as limonene, linalool, citronellol, geraniol, and citral. These are often found in citrus, floral, and botanical based perfumes and are required to be listed individually in many regions for transparency. You’ll also see citrus peel oils and green tea related components, which align perfectly with the fresh, bright, slightly herbal character of this scent. Nothing about the ingredient list is unusual or concerning for a perfume. It contains the standard alcohol base and fragrance blend you would expect from a light, citrus forward fragrance like this one.At the current price of $61 (as of 2/26/26), it’s normally a good value for a premium brand perfume. However, in this particular case, I do think it feels a bit pricey. Several other Elizabeth Arden fragrances in the same line are cheaper and come in larger bottles. This one is only 1.7 oz but is priced close to some of the much bigger sizes, which makes the pricing a little confusing. Aside from that though, I really like this fragrance. Overall it’s light, fresh, slightly sweet, and exactly what I imagine when I think of spring. I was honestly pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Aside from the slight sprayer issue and the somewhat confusing pricing compared to other sizes, it’s a beautiful, wearable scent. I would absolutely recommend it, especially if you prefer something fresh and not overpowering.

Delightful!
Fresh, non gourmand strawberry tea fragrance. Just different enough from the OG to own both. Lasts longer with a woodier dry down. Enjoying ahead of the spring season!

This Perfume Provides The Complete Experience
The media could not be loaded.
I’ve been using Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Strawberry Basil for about a week. This is a recent addition to their highly regarded green tea project, and I was very excited to get to try it! I’m also happy to have a chance to share my experience.Upon first spraying this Eau de Toilette, I get a fresh burst of that basil they’ve called out. It’s very herbal and clean and feels a little bit like doing something relaxing outside on a really lovely day. That herbal aroma is noticeably backed up by the “upcycled strawberry” listed in the description. I needed to search for what was meant by “upcycled” and, because it’s very sweet, I take it to suggest slightly overripe fruit in this context. It’s strawberry and sugary and delicious. The way it plays with the basil is surprising and wonderful. After 20 or 30 minutes, that green tea starts to come in, and it’s very clear why that has become such a popular fragrance note. It smells classy and mood-enhancing and addictive. In the description, they mention different basil and strawberry profiles. I would say that they make the transition from the opening feel seamless. The strawberry loses some of that sweetness, and is more like a perfectly ripened berry. I probably don’t have the olfactory sophistication to tell the difference between the two basil notes, but it still gets along famously with the strawberries.About 90 minutes from the initial application, the musk becomes apparent to me and orchestrates a subtle seductiveness around the previous aromas. It gives me the feeling of languid confidence. Like the leading actress from a classic black-and-white Hollywood movie. The sort of woman who knows when she has the upper hand.Performance is as expected from an Eau de Toilette. I get a moderate scent bubble for a couple of hours, then it retires to something closer to my skin. The total experience is 3.5 hours on my skin and about 5 on clothing. Typically, I spray it on the pulse points of my neck, wrist, and behind my knees. For a total of 5 sprays and allowing some to land on my clothing. I admit I might be over-applying this one because I just want to smell it as much as I can. I think this is the sort of perfume that only performs better as the temperature increases.I find the value for the money to be excellent. It’s just such a complete experience. I’m certain that 100ml won’t be enough, and I fully expect to buy myself another bottle when this one starts getting low.

Pump/Nozzle was broken….
I can not give an accurate review of this product’s scent because the pump/nozzle is broken. I’ve pressed and pressed and pressed but nothing comes out. Obviously something is broken. I suggest reading the other reviews to get an idea if the scent is something you would like. I’ll continue to try to figure out what is wrong with the spray nozzle, if I can get it working I’ll return and edit my review.

A Refreshing & Feminine Perfume for Spring and Summer
This is a fun and fruity, fresh fragrance. Green Tea Strawberry Basil opens with the same “Green Tea” DNA that fans of the original/the flankers will immediately know and enjoy. It’s a light and fresh, watery musk with citrus and a mild floral soapiness that’s invigorating and cold. It makes me think of the air in a luxury spa. As someone who isn’t a fan of “clean” musks, Green Tea has always been a fragrance that I still find pleasant and enjoyable. Imagine cucumber water with ice, lemon, and slight mint— in a room that smells faintly of fresh linen, and that’s how the original Green Tea smells to me. In the new Strawberry Basil edition, it’s infused with the fruity scent of fresh strawberries, and a soft herbal minty scent from the basil. The strawberry stays light and sweet, instead of becoming “jammy,” candied, or smelling dense. It smells more natural here. The perfume also never quite makes me think of “green tea” specifically, more a refreshing summer beverage. As it dries, it still smells fruity and watery, with a subtle bodywash scent in the background. This is a beautiful daytime perfume for the spring and summer! It’s fresh, feminine, and airy. As far as performance, this lasts on my skin for about 6 hours, but I can smell it on clothing all day. The longevity is good, projection is moderate. For the first hour the projection is pretty solid, and then it sits a bit closer to the skin (but still is able to be smelled by those around you). The sillage is also moderate and best in a breeze. 10/10 for the amount you get, bottle, performance, and scent! I would highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys fresh and fruity fragrances, and for people who love “clean” scents, but want something with a fruity twist that they can wear during the spring and summer.

Sweet and Juvenile
This smells more like strawberry, less like basil, and smells like something a 12 year old girl would wear. It’s a bit juvenile and not as garden plant-y as I was hoping it would be. It’s a nice glass bottle with a red plastic cap that doesn’t leak and lasts a long time. However, for $60, I just don’t love the scent. It’s sweeter than I was hoping, but the subtle basil scent is really nice!

Smells Great
I recently tried the Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Strawberry Basil Fresh & Fruity Eau de Toilette, and I have to say, I am really impressed with its unique and sophisticated scent profile. It’s a playful yet elegant fragrance that has become a versatile option in my collection. My Experience and Key TakeawaysA Unique Scent Profile: The blend of fresh basil and sweet strawberry is surprisingly delightful. It’s not just a basic fruity scent; the “Herb Garden Accord” and “Green Tea DNA Accord” give it a crisp, green, and invigorating quality. The initial burst of upcycled strawberry and basil essence is wonderfully vibrant and immediately brightens my mood.Versatile for Any Occasion: The description calls it versatile, and I agree completely. It feels appropriate for a casual day at work but transitions nicely for an evening event. It’s light enough for daily wear but sophisticated enough to feel special.Sustainably Sourced: A huge plus for me is that the ingredients, like the upcycled strawberry and basil essence, are sustainably sourced. It feels good to wear a fragrance that is conscious of its impact without compromising on quality or aroma.Good Longevity: For an Eau de Toilette, I found the longevity to be quite impressive. It is long-lasting and I can still catch subtle whiffs of the radiant musk and white birch base notes several hours after applying, which is exactly what I look for in an everyday perfume.Points for ConsiderationScent Preference: While I love the fresh and green notes, those who prefer heavy gourmand or intensely floral scents might find this a little too “green” for their taste. The herbal notes are quite prominent.Overall, I highly recommend this perfume for women looking for a fresh, long-lasting, and modern fragrance. It’s playful, unique, and has quickly become a favorite in my rotation.

Mild strawberry floral scent
I took a gamble with this as it’s nearly impossible to know if we’d like the scent of a perfume or cologne just by looking at the bottle/ label alone. That said, I bough this for my partner who I thought may enjoy this scent. However, she is a bit picky, especially if it’s an item I pick for her lol… While she personally didn’t care for it too much, as a man, I thought it smelled pretty good and would be a nice scent I wouldn’t mind smelling on a women. It offers a subtle sweet strawberry scent with some floral notes. Though there is a slight smell, which reminds me a bit of cleaning soap, so I can understand why my partner may not be too keen on this compared to other perfumes she enjoys. Overall it’s a mildly sweet floral scent with notes of strawberry. I personally don’t smell the green tea aspect of it, but it’s certainly not bad by any means. However, neither I or my partner would think to risk buying any type of scent or brand we’re not familiar with, so those of you looking to give this a try should at least do some more research if you’re not familiar.Hope this helps!

Makes me want strawberries!
This review is for Green Tea Strawberry Basil Eau de Toilette by Elizabeth Arden. ASIN B0FYJ6S79FThis eau de toilette is one of the new versions of Elizabeth Arden’s green tea line. It comes in a cute glass bottle. The cap was broken during shipping, so it won’t stay on the bottle. It was a pretty flimsy plastic, which seems kind of ridiculous from a high end brand. On me, it starts out with a strong punch of strawberry. Gradually, the fresh green smell becomes stronger, but strawberry remains the strongest. It actually makes me crave something like strawberry tea to drink, it smells that natural. This lasts about 3 hours on me, which is good for eau de toilette. I sprayed a little on my coat, too, because fragrances often last longer on fabric. It didn’t make a big difference, maybe thirty minutes. I would recommend it for short trips, unless you’re prepared to reapply throughout the day.
