How to Make Smothered Pork Chops in the Oven

do you ever get tired of eating the same old food oh  man drag I need something different but snap out of it  so today on food for the soul I’m a switch it up a little bit and I’m gonna do some smothered  pork chops boneless smoked pork chops hey my recipe is really good truly so let’s get into it so the first thing i do is crack two o eggs oh you’re two good old eggs  and the recipe will be at the bottom of the description oh yes 1 4 teaspoon garlic powder 1 4 teaspoon with onion powder 1 4 teaspoon black pepper 1 4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 4 teaspoon seasoning salt 1 4 teaspoon salt  one teaspoon of garlic paste oh yes you gotta add that garlic paste that adds the perfect balance one cup of milk and pork chops let marinate for 15 to 20 minutes one cup of seasoned flour and I also love using that house of orchard  throw it in the bag just like that oh yes one cup of corn starch just like that throw it in the bag  and you just shake shake shake to know that and it’s time to fry this old good pork chop so if you liking this video so far please subscribe to my channel  hit that like button for me and leave me a comment before I keep on bringing you  great content each and every week and I hope you enjoy the rest of the video  now it’s time to make my good old gravy so pour out 95 of this grease into something else now time to make my gravy is just a residue of my pork chops so I use it here black pepper a little salt you always can add more salt to it flour make sure that you cook your flour that’s a must  all right so my flour is cooked now it’s time to add the water make sure you stare at the same time now let this come to a boil and it’s going to thicken up and the key thing is about  making gravy for smother anything is do not make your gravy too thick so it’s about the consistency that i wanted so i cut it off so it’s time for the next step so i got my pan here i’ll just pour all my gravy in my pan now this step is optional you can add your pork chops first  but then pour the gravy on top of your pork chops or do it the way  i’m doing put the gravy down first and then the pork chops is up to you  all right make sure that all your pork chops get covered up now I throw this in the oven right here uncovered for like 20 25 minutes at 3 50.
