growth comes economic developme. The fight to help the city prosper is being led by this man. We actually have a fireplace back here, Cedric Brown, who grw up in southern Dallas. And he says by the grace of God, he’s now open, not one or two, but three businesses in the Hillside Village shopping cente. And he did it in one year.
His first business? A Floyd Mayweather boxing gym. What made me decide to invest in a boxing gym was my health, Brown says. His heart was only functioning at 10% and in 2018 was told nothing could be done. But after prayer and taking care of himself, his heart got better.
So God gae double grace. So I decided thenm going to make awareness to the public about health and Wellness. Joy r is one of the ambassadors of the Mayweather boxing gyms. He’s shg in real time that it can be don. You know that you can come from.
Nothing. And you can create something that is so remarkable.
Just around the corner, Brown opened the Turkey Leg King restaurant, famous smoked Turkey leg. The business is designed to be fun, upbeat and different when you can bring in these type of businesses and it creates the economic developt for larger companies to come in. And then came Brown’s crown jewel.
He opened Hillside Prime Steakhouse in September, a fine dining establishment. On the hill I called the White House on the Hill here in Cedar Hill. The restaurt not only serves at Prime steaks but vegan options. This is basically a more like a ministry to me and and I like to see people enjoy themselves and have good nice places to come to. Round success started when he was only 18 years old and built his first home.
A serial entrepreneur. He’s worked in insurance, real estate, high tech industries and now owns a company called Kingdom Concept to help others succeed. So I guess I’m going to write a book called Frm the Woods. To the hood now. To e good.

Brown says he’s had to fight to get here, but he says he doesn’t want to be called boss. He says he just wants to be a leader, helping others now achieve their dreams.
