One over during a chaotic parking lot takeover. >> Investigators say the man took off without even pausing to help. This happened early Sunday morning in the parking lot at an industrial complex near the North Loop in Liberty Road in northeast Houston. >> Well, we know the person charged is 22 year old Chasen Young. He’s charged with failure to stop and render aid in an accident involving death.

Get hit by that spinning car once, but then he gets back up on his feet. We do pause the video before that moment of fatal impact, but you are able to see that Garcia trips, falls, and goes under that car, getting hit for a second time. According to court documents, young was the driver of that red Dodge Charger. Investigators say he did stop at first, allowing bystanders to get Garcia out from under the car. >> One witness specifically had to utilize.
A vehicle, jack, to raise the vehicle to get the complaining witness from underneath. The vehicle. >> We’re told once Garcia was freed, young drove away from the scene.
He was later arrested at a home in the area. Young was granted a $75,000 bond, which at last check he has yet to post.
